Very busy throughout the day so there was no time for urges
Day 11/90 . Today the urge keeps coming back late at night, However so far still in control though. thanks to nofap emergency button . It does help me.
Day 0 I guess I need to change my lifestyle back to a more uncomfortable disciplined way less to be tempted by and less weakness to show but I’m sure I can get through this

Hey man, that’s the chaser effect running its course. Distract yourself. Watch NoFap motivational videos, leave your house and take a fresh air, exercise until you’re too tired, even taking cold showers can definitely help
And then after that, figure out the cause of the relapse, where were you when you relapse? What device were you using? And adjust, we’re all here to support one another
