Last week I was so busy in both work and study and I did not felt any urges. I convinced that PMO had made me blind in the way of my work and life, I should throw it away forever
Day 561 at attempting this challenge
Day 192 weigh training (M, W, F)
Lifestyle: reduced caffeine, alcohol and refined sugars

18 days completed no urges nothing right now feeling good and wake up early today big achievement for me today
One of the toughest ways to refrain from PMO is when youre isolated in a room with your phone. Maybe use your phone only when youre in public with your family/friends? I made this transition a couple days ago and it has helped me tremendously. Hoping this will help you too
And you are easily strong enough to beat this addiction. You went 80 days! I could only dream to reach that level

day 4 completed and checked into day 5 ;; i will not search for anything trigerring such as music videos nd any girl or actress as they always leads to destruction in my life ;; so i am fully focused on my journey and process of becoming hero of my life ;;
