  1. Day 1/90.
    Thank you for your post bromor, It was very helpful. I will copy it to my personal journal to help me stay focused.
    I am feeling positive today. Just done some exercise and I am avoiding all triggers.

    Day 1/90. Made it to 112 days so this kind of really sucks, but I know at least it will still get better from here. Just need to take it one day at a time like last time and not assume anything. Still need to work hard and be disciplined. Caught myself thinking about urges and that was my downfall. That turned into looking into pics, then videos, and then it was all over from there. I think I've learned a lot, not just about this journey, but also about myself.

    It is the insomniac nights, counting stars at 2am, loneliness..... Heavy red eyes in the morning, intense urges, running from internet and tempting thoughts that will get us to overcome this.
    The journey is sooo rough. I will never underestimate dopamine ever again.
    I am very exhausted from fighting urges the whole night.
