day 4 ,, started with workout today after a 5 days break ,, also i woke up early today [ no too early , as i desired ] , and meditated and will start working in my why's ,, this month is really sacred so i have to make this clean and for that i will give my best ,, also from today will implement all the good habits , no excuses , and will try to wake up like this everyday ,, ^_^

Just completed the 30-day challenge. The 90-day seems like the next logical step, so here I am, continue my effort to eliminate my participation in porn and any other form of sexuality that diminishes my character.

This motivation video is a bit dark but I like the general idea of Going all the way if you are going to do something! So guys, go ALL THE WAY with quitting PMO!

I joined this forum 304 days ago. Of those 304 days, I was 264 days without M’ing to P.

 

Ooof, not sure if I agree with that video entirely, because it also promotes the obsessiveness that drove many of us to porn addiction. Because you know, it's one thing to watch a bit of porn every now and then, but it becomes a problem when you get obsessed by it, can't stop thinking about it even when you're doing something else and among people - like I have done, for one. Then, to get out of this, directing this same level of obsession to something else instead can sometimes be a good thing, but it can also just lead to another harmful addiction, only this time an addiction to fitness, or music, or writing, or whatever...

I think the goal is to be a more balanced and in control person, no?

So I think this general advice of going all the way, no matter if you ruin your relationships and your connection to the rest of the world, I'm not so sure if that's such a healthy idea for everyone. Charles Bukowski says it already: he was lucky, because out of the 100 people that go as far as he did, maybe 90 of them just end up dying alone on the street.

I'm sorry to say I tripped up so soon out of the gate. I'm a bit embarrassed really. But, getting up again today.

Like someone else on here said, we can all still get to 90 by the end of the year!
