Day 1. Relapsed yesterday.
Mainly because of my bad sleep pattern. I slept the whole day. Today I woke up earlier. So I am getting back on track.
I will try to make a metascript entry today and watch the resting videos from Universal Man.
And I will try to keep journaling here, because it is more fun this way.
