Day 1. Relapsed yesterday. Mainly because of my bad sleep pattern. I slept the whole day. Today I woke up earlier. So I am getting back on track. I will try to make a metascript entry today and watch the resting videos from Universal Man. And I will try to keep journaling here, because it is more fun this way.
So much relatable. Yes, at first it looked like an unsurmountable task. But not anymore. Every passing day gives you more strength when you endure it. The more strength you get, the better person you become. Cheers!
