    Days 15/90 and 16/90!
    I'm really stoping to think about this (days are passing faster)
    The way I'm doing it : I promised I can't use hands to stimulate myself, and that helps me because I've been watching porn for so much time that I only get good erections if I touch myself.

    Seriously guys, for the ones who have PIED just like myself just do this simple pact with yourself : "unless I'm 100% hard, i must not touch myself"
    I can almost garantee everyone gets the full erection (100%) because of touching and that has led to me to understand I was viewing porn and masturbating because it was an habit ahah

    Starting from the beginning again. Relapsed after breaking the 10 days barrier. I won’t give up and I have more believe in myself to push again hard to reach the 90 days. Wish me luck.

    Day 22. Mind trying to sabotage again. Woke up convinced I’d MOed, but I hadn’t, it had all been a dream. I’ve been here before, though. Not falling for it again. It’s a sign I’m doing well.

  13. So I had a relapse this morning. On Day 10. I feel like Waiting 10 days and start my daily count from day 10, on the 10th day going forward. You know from where I left off.
    So basically I will wait 10 days to start counting again.

    My observations

    1.The real challenge if you want to succeed in this 90 day challenge will be for the first 21 days. Post the 21 day mark, your urges and your mind calms down. You will feel at more ease with yourself. The 3rd week is a phase where your urges are at the highest. If you pass through that phase, you can definitely achieve the 90 day mark.

    2. Exercise makes a lot of difference. It lets go all the pressure built in your body. I could personally feel the difference during the days I exercised and the days I didn't.
