I highly recommend reading it. Not just for the part about the rapist photographer, but mostly for the recurring theme of how her pictures are being used against her will and a lot of money is being made by doing so. It really makes you see that behind all the pictures and videos we look at, there’s an actual person who may not want you to see that or who may have been forced or abused into her being seen that way. This is something very important to keep reminding ourselves of.

Yesterday, in the morning, I saw something that reminded of my ex-girlfriend.
I don't know why but it made me feel sad.
I hopped on the shower and after some heat bath, I changed the temperature to the most cold it could be.
After battling with the cold it really relieved my mental state.
Perhaps is a good tactic for you guys as well.

I know am sad about it but it shows where I must make improvements in myself I’ll do better this time
6 days, almost a week and still keeping up. two times I had thoughts about ending it and relapsing, why? I was reading a lot about missing scientific evidence on the positive outcomes of this challenge. We live in times where the search for scientific evidence is crucial, but why am I holding on to it then?
I need to get rid of this cruel focus of myself towards sexual display on the screen.
I need to understand again about the beauty of real bodily relationship
I need to concentrate on what is good for the ones I am responsible for
I need to find out what else is out there...

Day 13/90. Feeling some urges. I'd say this is the toughest time I've had this time around. Need to be smart and take it one day at a time. Since I have some urges I think I'm going to go for a walk and try to relax a bit.
