[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day one 1 complete. After many failures and having a longest streak of 24 days For the first time I decided to delete triggers off my phone. All dating apps are deleted as well as instagram. This part may be just as hard. Was addicted to those as well.

Six Days

 

Day 48
Experienced some of the most interesting days since a long time.
I feel like there is a huge motivation inside me to do things.
I'm super motivated for traveling, learning, talking to people, dating girls.

I think the reason for it is that if you avoid all short-term-gratification drugs, your reward system will reshape into pursuing long-term-success.

22 days !! Feeling good. The temptations have subsided greatly and thoughts have been more clear. I'm grateful for this website and my peers on this path of non-fapping. Wish everyone a successful journey.
