Just fell of a 53 day streak. About time I hit the 90 so here I am. Day 2/90.

I know it's the same stuff repeated all over again - but there is something about watching a video like this in the morning that sometimes clicks and set's me on the right mindset to do the things i need to do during the day! Motivation does not work on it's own - 10 mins after the video, you have already forgotten what they said - you need to use the initial spark and feeling to fuel your DISCIPLINE - discipline is what gets you through the day's work and what is going to get you through this challenge! And all challenges for that matter

I joined this forum 345 days ago. Of those 345 days, I spend 304 days without doing PMO.
I was really skirting the edges these last few days, watching some stuff on Youtube that I had not business watching and peeking at it everyday a bit. Not touching myself, but also not keeping myself in check enough to just not watch it at all. I'm very well aware that I'm playing with fire. So, I'm steering away from there again.

Rules- 1. Watching porn even for a second count as a relapse and you have to -5 days from your streak if you're streak is less than 5 then start from 0.
2. Doing PMO or MO or PM once will count as a binge and you have to reset your counter to 0.
3. You have to meditate twice a day but one in afternoon and one before sleeping.
4. Removing the pornblocker or trying to do it count as a relapse and then you will -2 days from your streak or 0.
5. You are not allowed to scratch your intimate parts and if you did then -1 day from your streak or 0.
