Day 15/90 checking in
Day 3 - 25/10/20 - 8:17pm
Today was a high output day, I am not counting this to NF due to it only being day 3. I had minimal urges for high dopamine activities and was excited to work, read and exercise. However later in the day I convinced myself I deserved some music, not sure if this was a great choice but I am making a conscious effort not to go into full blown monk mode yet. At this point I am reserving all entertainment until 7pm, music is one I only usually enjoy 1-2 times a week so ill leave that for at least another 5 days.
I feel more conscious of all my urges than usual, maybe because of my new habit of watching and reading about NoFap morning and night so my brain is constantly activated to be on the lookout. Because of this I feel better equipped to handle urges of all sorts and have been quicker to be aware but not interact. Will see how this develops.

I have too much thoughts in my head about sex. But i m resisting very well till now

I started my 2nd day by working out, it feels great!. I'm on my day 2 now!(we can do this guys!).

Day 6/90 completed .workout really helps in controlling urges. And for me I have more success rates in winter cos my urge goes down significantly. Highest streak in summer 12/90 and in winter prevent year 35/90
