Onwards to the 90 day reboot
Tough day tbh... I can't sleep well... barely had any sleep last night. Just wonder if that is some sort of withdraw sympotoms... could be. Had some strong urges to masturbate but thanks goodness won that one. Looking forward to tomorrow as I'm off. Definitely will get some sufficient sleep and proper work out.

Similar to yesterday, medium output day today. Woke up nice and early and had a good boot up however once getting to work I had low motivation, low energy and low focus. While I put in the hours I was not in a flow state and I was not efficient enough to work to the degree that will unsure progression which is an issue, hopefully this will rectify as the days pass. Not much else to say, still going strong hope to be in a better state during work tomorrow.
14 days. Pushed through a couple tough days. They are to be expected. Ok, onward.

I don't have any urges for the past few days. Now on the fourth day, gonna workout my shoulders and back.

Starting over, day 1/90 complete. I relapsed about a week ago. It was triggered by a YouTube search for a old video of a vehicle I was trying to find and it came up with mostly adult content based off one of the keywords, this got me stuck on a path that resulted in PMO the next day.
Trying to find ways to avoid this in the future I found a setting in the YouTube app called "Restricted Mode", once this mode was on I retried the same search and none of the adult content was there. As a side bonus it also turns off the comment section for all videos (no more time wasted there). I also knew that my accountability app was only on my phone and not on my PC so in the moment I made a conscious decision to switch to the PC. There is an PC extension for the accountability app but it is for a browser I don't generally use. I have added the extension and plan to switch to the new browser. Hopefully these changes will help me on my path to 90 days!

I’m proud of myself today. These 30 days were hard to achieve.
My brain constantly tried to persuade me to watch p and I had some insanely strong urges. Sometimes coming back on this forum, sometimes having cold showers and other times going outside were effective for me. Especially being active on NoFap with you guys has created a sense of community, belief and confidence in me. It’s been so crucial. Thank you all so much.
Had wet dream twice but no urge after wet dream.
It’s been 30 days but urges have not decreased at all. All the memories of my past experience with p pops up when I see something triggering. I have to improve in this aspect.
My highest streak in the past was of 73 days with my deleted account. This time I don’t want to commit the same mistakes. I want to break that record and eventually free myself from PMO.
