Welcome to NoFap! All the best in your journey
Have you started journalling or any other challenges?
Yep, dig deep, review your reasons for doing this, and you'll be back on the road.
8/30 Today is dificult, I have the temptation of watch porn but I know that I can do it. Something that works for me is to do something related with my job, study and remember my goals.
You can do it bro!

Global Counter 95% (no PMO) since joining
Day 228 weight training (M, W, F)
Lifestyle: reduced caffeine, alcohol and sweets
Almost to day 14, for 2 weeks. Virtually no temptations this time around so far.
PMO- Ha , you think you can best me , you've just been lucky so far.
Me-By day 90, I will turn you into space and dust and by day 500, I'll erase that dust and space from my mind too.
You are so strong! Keep it up, acknowledge your urges and let them pass by... Wish you all the best
What lead you to this relapse? Learn from it. Start a new streak. Don’t make the same mistake again and also don’t be hard on yourself. Even if your next streak is one day more than the last one, it’s a success.
Even being on Nofap is your personal success because you are dealing with your problem.
Come on man, give it another try. We’re with you.
Have a great weekend guys!
Couldn’t log in yesterday.
Day 85 and 86 completed.
Day 0 /90
Day 2 done.
Another challenging day yesterday, but I realized that I created this problem for myself and I need to take responsibility for it and be patient. The process of cleansing my mind will be what it will be and will take as long as needed.
I was helped by a post I read here from someone with a 200+ streak where he said that one of the most important things for him was reminding himself on a daily basis why he was doing this, what he's bringing into his life and what he's letting go of. It's good advice and I'm grateful to be part of this forum and learning from all of you. Have a good day today!
