    I've never been a great sleeper but what's helped me the most is:
    • generally trying to have a regular go to bed and get up time, but if I'm going through a bad period of insomnia it can help also to shorten the overall time in bed
    • if I can't sleep, get out of bed and do something else until I'm sleepy rather than tossing and turning all night
    • trying to eliminate any screen time (TV, phone, computer) before going to bed

    Starting again.Been binging for several days after my last streak (18 days).My longest ever was 47 days but for the last several monts i cant get over 30.This time will be different!I need to prove to myself that i can do it!I WILL DO IT!!!

    I finished day 7. I didn't post here for the past few days
    I never stop doing this challenge i figured that i should let the day count instead of counting the days, and it really help me a lot, it helps me to think about something, it makes me busy, cause whenever i count the days i always worry about the day that i passed and it makes think about stuff that makes me horny. I'm gonna post here week by week
    Gonna train my legs today. Good luck guys.

    Day 17 - 9:52pm - 8/11/20

    Completed day 2 of my fast and decided to end it so I can get in a proper days work tomorrow. Sexual urges did not occur at all. Mental clarity, sharpness and mood was high all day, onto day 18...

    Day 33 today. I write down my days on this paper. It is almost always within my sight when I am in my room, when any temptation could occur. Seeing the numbers all written down like this visualizes my progress and also reminds me of my goal. It's a big help for me in sticking with the challenge and resisting the upcoming urges.

    You gotta end the streak and get back on track. I think this is my third year still attempting this challenge and Ive made it all the way to day 89. When I failed that I realized I was just trying to beat the challenge, not quit porn. You need to decide that this is what you need to do to be happy for the rest of your life otherwise three years will go by like me and youll wish you had used that time to be happy. What I do when im on a bad streak is put 30 sticky notes on my wall numbered 1-30. I peel one off each day. That helps me when I can visualize my progress
