    Hey man, really encouraged by your progress. The sleep thing bothered me at first, I found giving up caffeine and sugar, although very hard at first, helped alot in the end, means that I can get naturally tired at the end of the day.

    Day 39. Lots of intense body feelings today, being turned on, lust...but I managed to fight it off, did not look at anything or touch myself.

    Day 23 - Today I was very distracted. I had my one a week coffee in the morning and never really got into a deep state of focus. Going into next week I will look to avoid multi-tasking which is what I have been doing during tedious tasks this week. Productivity killer. Urges were slightly higher than usual because I met some old friends yesterday who reminded me of times when I was chasing girls, I was aware of this and did not interact with any thoughts. Still going

    Today is Day 0 of my PMO Reboot. I know its going to be hard, but I embrace the challenge and understand that my life will be better for it.

  9. Day 6. Also cutting back on drinking and watching stupid tv, which I do to relax. Instead will do more positive things to improve my mood like exercise, meditation, reading, playing guitar, etc.
