Day 2. Feeling energetic and thankful. Had trouble sleeping again last night aswell.
Day 4/90. Today I worked a ton. I am so exhausted that a relapse sounds nice, but I know that will do me no good. Staying strong. I'm happy knowing that tomorrow won't be as exhausting, but I won't wake up as fresh either. That's life though!
50/90. Ten more days to reach 60 days.
140 days of not using porn. I hate porn and porn-like scenes i.e kissing and so in the movies.
I no longer need masturbation because my body wants to be pleased in a natural way these artificial pain killers(masturbation and so) no longer work and if it really needs to flush excessive stuff I'll have a wet dream.
Day 1 compete. My mind has not yet recovered from the frequent relapse I had this month. Relapse frequently kills morale and confidence.
