I totally don't know how to get up... I've lost all my motivation to the point that even nofap videos doesn't do anything to me. Lock down plus loneliness brings me down.. even gyms are closed which was a huge help to me. I don't know how to get up lads... shame I bear is terrible.
I thought I would never come back to Day 0. Unfortunately, here I am again. I don't know why I keep coming back. I have a creepy feeling that I would not be able to leave this trap ever. Really feeling Heartbroken. Guys if someone who have done this and passed the challenge please post something motivational.
Again, it is causing too much pain mentally. Starting all again from Day 1.
I really really hope I might overcome this once and for all. Too much desperate.
Just decide that you won't do it and then don't, It's as simple as that.
Day 30 - Now at the 1 month point, this is the furthest I have ever gone. I am excited to experience many of the benefits that I have seen other people say are present roughly around this time
