Why do you use porn? What are the needs that it's helping with? I would try to dig deep, beyond I'm horny/I want sex.
Definitely good questions! I'll be asking myself.
Watched this video the other day in an attempt to gather more factual information about the effects of pornography.
I think the information presented in this Ted Talk helps shed light on a few very important ideas that can help shape your perspective!
Please take 10 minutes to watch this
Day 7. This is legit. 1 week. This is difficult and I knew that. I just have to remember why I'm doing this in the first place. Stay strong people. Cold showers and meditation works.
On day 5 of no pmo....longest stretch in months
relapsed, feeling bad. starting again, 0/90
i didnt login for so many days and relapsed. This shows the importance of coming here everyday, just to let ur inside know the path which we are on. Starting again, i hope all of you to support each other in this path.
Day 41. Had a head ache almost whole day. Think I just need some sleep. Stay strong!
day 31 done
56/90. 4 more days to reach 2 months of
nofap and 5 months of not using porn
Hi guys new here im starting to not masturbate today here i go
Day 43 checking in.
This is spot on. Porn is providing something (or we are trying to get something from it). It's definitely helpful to look at what that is.
Welcome to NoFap @Alkamorali!
How is the latter counter going to work? I mean, is it for wet dreams?
If so, maybe it's handy to know, if you're aiming for semen retention per se. I would just caution against aiming for 90 days of no wet dreams: it's mostly out of your control. Don't get me wrong - frequency will change with no PMO, and reducing triggers/sexualised content etc may help reduce frequency, but as long as you're a healthy man, I really don't think there's anything you can do to stop them completely.
Do let me know if I've misunderstood though.
same here though i have never completed a chalenge
Didn't post yesterday coz laziness meter kicking in telling me signals of relapse danger didn't workout for 2 days. Anyway 7 days complete that's a week. I will try to do some heavy workout to be on track.
