Alot of guys seem to find working out as an alternative - I have a physically demanding job and sometimes it is just arriving in from work, feeling tired and unable to complete anything meaningful, it is like watching p** will somehow solve the fatigue or inject me with some energy. (of course it never does)

It isn't like I watch p** often but I'd like to stop altogether as it always makes me feel terrible afterwards.

    All the best.

    Day 0/90.

I am very dissapointed. But this is refreshing I guess. I relapsed. I was too confident and thought I had it all under control. I was acting like I was all okay but in reality it just takes one bad line of decisions to mess up. I need to get off my high horse and realize this is no easy feat. I should have meditated, I should have done something else. Back to day 0.

Thanks for sharing, and wishing you all the best :)

What Zori said - a lot of people (I dare say most) started out the same boat. Certainly, read people's journals who started out just like you, and journal yourself too - what has led up to your relapses? What is porn giving you (or what are you trying to get from it)?

Also, are you doing any shorter challenges? This can help a lot too.

Hazaaam! Count me in, brother @Primaris

Another day porn free. 8 days free of pmo.2 days free from gambling. I went to my meeting yesterday.( a.a.im an alcoholic) and am working to improve my spiritual fitness. Also my over all- physical, mental ,financial ,relational etc...- fitness. After tommorow I'm back on my food plan too. I want to be the best version of me I can be and I wont know what that is unless I try. Push past my limits everyday. One day at a time.

Sometimes when we think everything is alright is when we are the most vulnerable. We always need to keep our guard up. Remember how this feels and prevent yourself from going back there. We're here for you!

Day 1/90. Been having really bad anxiety lately, I can't help but think it's not a coincidence I have the worst anxiety and often attacks after relapses. At any rate, it's amazing how good I feel just 24 hours later. I know in three days I'll feel twice as good, and in a week even better than that. I'm really looking forward to that, but still being wary about triggers and potential urges.
