Day 2 - Check in.
Today in the evening the need of some endophine was strong. At this moments I want to learn to turn to healthier endophines than PMO.
I decided to watch some Football instead. and eat someting nice. This helpt.

Day six, a full weekend without PMO feels great!
Feels like I've been doing this longer than 4 days. Have moved out of the low mood and feeling very positive, even though I've been editing all weekend!
I realized I a have not yet beaten this long term. MO'd to some sexy images. Led there by "using my instagram normally..."
I tried to analyze my behavior and apart from all the stress related bullshit excuses I realised I never actually use instagram for anything productive or to catch up on friends or follow anything I am really interested in. I chat with friends on facebook messenger and whatever I am truly interested I read elsewhere. I have disabled my instagram this morning and will not be reactivating it soon at least until I have a long streak. It is funny - I never used to use instagram before. I only started this year to use it mildly when I stopped looking at porn. I guess I started subconsciously to use it as porn sub but denying the truth about this.
I don't need porn blocker or something like that - just want to remove useless things from my life that are not only distracting and time wasting but harmful as well.

Yep, them 'grams are dangerous. There are so many accounts with triggering images. I stopped using it before this streak. Same with Reddit - it's just too tempting (and it eats time as well).

I joined this forum 401 days ago. Of those 401 days, I spend 360 days without doing PMO.
Congrats on deleting your Instagram. I would have done it a long time if I didn't need it for work. But it's totally a dopamine shot platform, especially with the format focusing on pictures, putting surface before substance.
Day 1, goal for today is to get a workout in and finish reading a book. Hoping these goals will help me from going back to day 0
