    90/90 days no masturbating to porn! Not M or O. This is a big milestone for me since I've been at this challenge for years to cure my PIED. I marked five instances during the challenge where I looked at porn in some way but never M or O to it. Changes I've experienced since starting the challenge are the return of morning wood, more interest in real women, being able to at least get hard enough to have sex, and more confidence. I'm starting the challenge over and plan to not look at porn at all this time around. I can still feel the hold that porn has on me and I know that it would be really easy to fall back into that routine. But the desire is weakening and I need to always remember the beneficial effects I've felt from stopping. To another 90 days of progress lads! Keep at the challenge and always remember what you're fighting for

    Congratulations man! I've made it once to 90 days before. Don't get complacent. Remember that we are addicts. At around 105 days, I got curious and I kept looking at pictures of a friend on snapchat and I had the worst urges every day for a week. I ended at 112 days. Sure it was great to get that far, but we don't want to get that far and then fail. I subconsciously thought everything would be perfect when I got to 90 days - and it is WAYYY better - but still be on the lookout for any urges or triggers! Congrats again!

    I think a lot of us can relate to this. For most of us, we have a lot of memories of porn that will flare up from time to time. That can be difficult to redirect, as it’s so easy to justify a little bit of fantasy or reviewing porn scenes in our mind, and that can be somewhat close to actually viewing it. Totally natural and it’s going to happen, but I need to try to counter that when it happens before it gets out of control...also, we are dealing with a very natural phenomenon of sexual desire, that gets out of whack through excessive porn consumption. Some of us may be inclined to go monk/hard mode for long periods of time, which can be helpful. But, most will engage with some masturbation and/or sex at some point, as it’s very natural and common. This can possibly reignite some of that desire for porn, or incline us to excessive sex or masturbation. So, to be balanced and consistent is our goal.

    All the best my friend. It sounds like you’re aware of your tendencies and are committed to working on this. I find it helpful to just focus on one day at a time. One urge at a time. One breath at a time. Just do what I need to do today to steer my mind away from porn and towards something helpful.

    Day 1 .I had watched porn and masturbated the previous night after around 160 days and was engulfed in shame and guilt.But I managed to not binge and be clean last night.I realosed that nofap requires discipline.I will be visiting this forum daily and posting 5 good things I did and 5 things that I could have improved for sustaining my streak.Here are for last day
    5 good things
    I didnt think of porn
    I kept myself busy
    I was not alone
    I didnt let my mind take over me because of shame
    I was determined
    5 things that I could have improved
    less phone usage
    less social media including youtube
    not touch genitals
    could have done some exercise
    could have meditated

    I hear you, man. I hadn’t looked at porn for months...but just a little bit of justification, just a little bit of letting my eyes wander here and there and taking a peek at psubs, and it got me. I also didn’t binge, but it was a couple days of a lust hangover and the chaser effect. It was painful but mostly back on the beam and now doing another reboot. Good luck man!

    Hi all,
    I created a new challenge.
    It is about Vikings, I choosed them because everyone knows them.
    It's 120 days with a lot of ranks first to reboot the body and then the time intervals for new ranks become longer for maintaining the success on the long term for three years.
    You are also encouraged to track further goals, for really improving your life and pushing your limits.
    The team spirit is really great, it helped me to reach 98 days of noPMO first now I switched to 134 days noPM.
