I was chatting sexually with woman on a couple of sites and that kept the lust burning. I'm having a hard time letting go all the way and I believe I have to if I want to be free of this addiction. So I'm now just starting my second day and pray that I can let go completely and be free from this addiction. One day at a time.
Checking in, day 74/90. Yeah man it sounds like you're torturing yourself by still having that stuff in your life - both in the moment and by dragging out this process. Quitting porn is hard enough without leaving things in which cause sexual excitement.

This is day 87 of not doing PM. I joined this forum 418 days ago. Of those 418 days, I spend 377 days without doing PMO. Feels so weird that I'm apparently able to not M for this long... never thought I was! Also: I got married yesterday! It was an ultra short mini ceremony with just two witnesses at the city hall, Covid-19 style. Weird, but also very nice. That sums up these days pretty well
