Day 12 done. Still have this one scene stuck in my mind that I want to watch that just will not come out.

finally new year 2021 begins have taken many resolutions this year to change myself including my career and studies but the most important (top tier priority) includes this NoFap thing. i have sincerely started a new fresh 90 days challenge NoFap challenge from today and i will 100% be able to beat it .. i have it said it .. now no one can pull me back ..not even my dirty creepy mind with same disgusting thoughts.. i will keep posting everyday to be able to prove to myself and to all out there who r reading this ..no jokes this time !!

Happy New Year Everyone, plus I want to say, even if this year was not what no one was expecting, it was a great year just because you decided to abandon porn, this alone made this a great year for me. Doing and keeping days, weeks and months on this journey made me grow a lot, so I expect for everyone. And, if this year wasn't the best, but you kept marching trough this jungle that is porn, what do you think yu can acomplish in 2021, a musch better year than 2020? So this is it, we made the most dificult, now everything tht 2021 throws will be easier. LET'S MARCH!
Yep, it is really helpful to report experiences, both for the writer and reader.
Note though that a lot of users are in other challenges, and often the one that feels the most supportive or long term is where they'll post personal stuff. For example I'm in two other challenges (Mandalorian and Space Marine December / January), so that's where I mostly post and lots of the users there are the same.
Finished Day 02/90 but I was just too busy yesterday to report.
As where I am its day 01/365 in 2021, and its day 03/90. Day 04/90 in progress.

I am going to reset my challenge to day 1 today. Not that I have reset or relapsed but just that its day 1 of new year and day 1 of my new beginning.
My challenge goals are /include:
No PMO that includes subs and all, as well any other associated behaviours such as looking girls in the street etc.
Reducing screen time(other then work/stdies) to less then 1hr a day or one movie max.
As well in my challenge no O is only until the first 3 months , after that its allowed
I kinda noticed its like spinning a heavy wheel...... At first you will apply alot of force to get it going....over time it gets easier and you just have to monitor the wheel.....but if you become reluctant and the wheel loses momentum....then your most likely to relapse.....just get the wheel started...and over time you will just have to monitor it and keep applying less and less force
I don't think its the age......i think 1. When you started and how long have been addicted
2. How long have been trying to quit.....
The experience you start gaining it when you start quiting PMO....coz thats when you start noticing your relapse patterns and overcome them...

What I take from this is that vigilance is the key. Initially a high degree and then at a steady pace. That was really interesting to visualise that via your analogy. Kind of sticks in the mind.
