    Sounds like you're very self aware. Having said that, these things apply to a lot of us, but it takes a while to realise what's going on. Thank you for sharing :)

    As soon as I finished studying for the day I felt bored as I didn't have any task to accomplish for the day. That boredom got me the urge to watch Porn. I straightaway opened the newsletter and started reading the horrors of giving in to the urges. Stay strong folks, we're in this together.

    Day 9.

    Refreshing my reasons to quit.

    - I'm chronically tired.
    - I have this stomach issue I need to fix and abstinence is going to aid the healing.
    - I want to be prepared for when worse times come (because, seeing how things are, it isn't that far away from the possibility).
    I want to be more efficient in attracting the good things and be in a more positive vibration.
    - I want to finally be more confident, no lack of self-esteem, no running-away-instinct. I want to have a girlfriend, good relationships, a fulfilling life and a clean slate before I die.

    Journal Entry.

    This morning, I was going to, once again, stay in bed and oversleep. However I received a task from work, so that gave me a sense of urgency to stand up from bed.
    So I stood up, and as I was going for the bathroom, surprisingly, the cleaning lady was there, and well I just waited until she was done.
    I washed my face and head with cold water and got right to work. In the meantime I had some breakfast.
    During this day no cravings. I have to say though, the first days were tough. I had to fight for like 2-3 days straight, but since then, no cravings.
    So I got to be prepared for the next "attack". It is doubtlessly going to be more intense and require more preparedness from my side, which comes in the form of simply writing in the journal. Because the best way that, I think, to be prepared for the big ones, is having a solid mindset and be exactly sure what to do instead of acting out.
    So I am making sure, I write down as much as I can, without wearing myself out in the process.
    So I continue watching series and movies and maybe play some video games. I have an accountability partner that I talk to every day. We often have great conversations.
    Sometimes I get a negative mood swing and the conversation kinda drags itself. But, really, this is more than I could ask for.

    Guys make sure you get an accountability partner. We need it now more than ever.

    Relapsed yesterday, on Day 9, I had plans to start and finish the year clean. But it's okay, the journey still continues.

    I learned one thing however,from that one relapse.
    "Edging"..... Never edge. I saw an image of a really Hot Girl, "short mini skirtt beautiful legs and toes" , a few days ago, which naturally was a trigger... And I decided to binge instagram, browsing instagram models. Two days straight and Eventually I gave in to Porn. No matter what don't give in to urges, and do not edge. Even if it's looking up hot girls on social media, do not do it.

    I have fallen so many times to this. It needs to stop.

    Don't tempt the devil, to tempt you. Don't edge.
