Day 12 ✔.
Day 6/90. Also on day 6 out of 7 for my Youtube fast. I think it's helped me just because instead of trying to stuff my emotions and feelings I've had to communicate them and talk through them which has helped me overall. I might go for another 7 days after this.
I'm feeling well- not feeling any pressure to relapse in the past day. I like the progress I'm making so far.
I'm back on day 1 . I was talking chatting sexually with a woman and masturbated . Then like a true addict I decided that since I already blew it I viewed porn and masturbated again.I let my guard down and this is what happened. So after stumbling I'm back up and in the race. One day at a time. P.s. I feel bad that I let some of you down. That's the importance of accountability. It's not just me but we.

Day 17 done team. Active day with gym, p l ayed some sport, and now cooking!
35 days done. Meditated, online support group, talked with a recovery friend, went and helped my dad, worked, took dog for a walk...so I did some constructive things, and avoided porn today. The tricky thing is not letting that porn wanting momentum build up to the point where we justify it. It’s very slick, this addiction.
Sometimes it’s just getting through one urge, doing anything other than porn, and get to the other side and see that we can do it.
Keep going guys, don’t give up.

Hey guys I'm back, i didn't quit this challenge, wasn't able to post for the past days, been busy to my goals and school, school is making me feel bad again and theres gonna be exam on next week, I'm so tired, trying my best to keep up with this challenge, it seems i have a lot of catching up to do in this forum.
Btw guys I'm on day 7. Idk if i can post here for upcoming days, if however i have time i will keep updating my progress here, goodluck guys.

Had sex with a girl I have been chatting recently. Sex was good - no PIED despite all the stress of the situation. Chick acted kinda crazy after that... anyway - this morning I definitely have the chaser effect and cravings but I am managing so far trying to keep busy
