Day 24 ✔.
Severe and intense kind of brainfog striked me today.
It has got easier since the half way point. It has taken a few goes to get to this point.
I think that having something else to focus on helps. I became quite interested in the methods of Wim Hof (cold showers etc.) half way through which gave me second wind! I have also planned my time on the internet. It's such an amazing tool but it can take you all over the place. The more time I spend on it the worse I begin to feel and coupled with what is available online is a perfect storm. So recently I've tried to wait until the afternoon before I go on the internet for non work stuff. I don't always manage it but it certainly helps. I aim to have a cut off point when I finish and a list of things I want to get done on there.
I'm certainly going to keep going. It would be interesting to see how I felt watching porn now but based on past experiences it often tempts me back into its grasp!
I want to now think of the goals I have and trying to achieve those as well as getting rid of things which have a negative effect.
I have really enjoyed reading everybody's experiences on here. The forum has been tremendous for me.

Day 18/90. 20% of the way there. I called a girl to ask her out on a date for literally the first time yesterday. I have gone out with girls before but never called to ask them out. I left a message and I have doubts she'll want to get back to me but hey I'm growing. I think. I had/have so much anxiety over it. Lol.
Its always motivated to see people reach 90 days, congrats my friend and dont forget to treat yourself as a reaward

Day 11/90. Pretty good day. Anxiety is coming back a little but I think I can deal with it.

Was very active the whole day.
Emotionally stable because i had no time to even connect with my emotions. My first day at my job, or lets say tryouts, was great clicked well with my boss.
