Relapse. Can't seem to get passed the 2nd day of most stretches. I guess I will have to completely go off the internet on such days.

Day 32 and 33 done.
Feeling more motivated and energized. Being quite productive these days learning new things despite the fact that I felt sick. Keep going guys!
I am starting to really like this Tim Ferris guy. His videos are inspirational but also give you practical advice. In contrast to all purely motivational shorts I have been watching. They work to get you riled up for action, but unless you have the discipline to start action yourself, they won't help much. In any case - do whatever works for you! Keep not just busy but productive! If you are in the beginning of your recovery - even just being busy will help loads! Start something new - yoga, workouts, running, writing, new course online - whatever you like! But don't stay stagnant! Stay strong! Peace out bros!
Day 24. Tough day yesterday. Woke up this morning struggling. I probably need to block the app store on my phone sometime today.

Day 46! Can't believe I'm already more than half way there already. Been struggling with thoughts of hooking up with escorts which is something I have not done in a while. Need to suppress these lustful thoughts of mine. Stay strong y'all.
