Day 36! I am starting to really like this Tim Ferris guy. His videos are inspirational but also give you practical advice. In contrast to all purely motivational shorts I have been watching. They work to get you riled up for action, but unless you have the discipline to start action yourself, they won't help much. In any case - do whatever works for you! Keep not just busy but productive! If you are in the beginning of your recovery - even just being busy will help loads! Start something new - yoga, workouts, running, writing, new course online - whatever you like! But don't stay stagnant! Stay strong! Peace out bros!
