This weekend was terrible, I was getting so many urges, and I was about to relapse. But, thanks to god that I took help from NoFAP panic button and it saved me from relapse. I also felt that I have huge willpower which stops me from relapsing. I didn't see this kind of willpower before, but I gets stronger and stronger as I improve myself.
Though, the weekend I spent most of the time on YouTube and doing nothing else. I have read a book in weekend to calm myself. I felt guilty everytime I waste my time on Youtube.
Justin, it's up to you I didn't mean to tell you to abstain from sex, as I said I believe it's healthy with a real person. If you feel that is what you need then go for it

Damn. It's been a long time guys. I haven't posted here for a while, i decided to focus on my studies and ignore all the things that makes me thinks about masturbation. I didn't quit this challenge i am still on this, im currently on my 23rd day, for the first time i have completed a 3 weeks no masturbation.
Day 43/90. Good day yesterday. Felt good!

68/90. It's amazing how when you stop PMO you notice how sexualized our culture is. All these cute chicks dressed up in tight clothes everywhere on tv, movies, ads, even frigging video games - honestly it's getting to me a bit lately.
However this is where self-discipline comes in. We cannot control the world, only our reaction to it. Seeking out a 'quick fix' with porn is NOT the answer - I know this now.
