On to day 18. Feeling some superpowers coming, yesterday I busted out some reps of a weight I struggled with and was also a lot more assertive with my colleagues.

Day 44/90. Got served an advertisement in a game that got me wanting to see it again. I’ll be deleting the game as soon as I post this. Crazy how easy things can get going in the wrong direction.

Last time I managed to do the whole challenge without a single relapse ...
Ok, I'll just start all over again!
Guys, I promise you I won't fail this time!
My goals for this challenge are:
No PMO + no ice cream*
* Yeah, really, no ice cream - I know this might sound a bit strange... But before I did the challenge for the first time, I'd drink Red Bull every day. I've managed to stop drinking caffeine completely while doing the challenge last time (and still do today).
But since my relapse after finishing the challenge, I've started eating a full pack of ice cream every day instead! I honestly never expected something like this!
Has anyone experienced something similar?

Day 85/90. It was a difficult day, not temptation wise but just really tired and a little sad.
Day 86/90 Really good day. I was busy but peaceful.
Day 87/90. A good day, cried out to God last night. Had a horrible stomach ache and for me when I'm sick I often try to escape into porn it's one of my triggers and He delivered me.
