Ive been doing cold showers every morning now for 2 years. Its a great way to start the day.

 

Just about 137 hours with 2023 to go. For right now im going to do no porn. I think for now its the best i can do and its a big healthy move in the right direction. I havent masturbated all the way since i started this time and i dont think about it much without the porn but i think right now its the best decision for me.
