0/90 I just relapsed after only being on a 4 day streak and then relapsing twice in the past two days. I felt amazing after that 4th day but yesterday was tough from me having to make a few big decisions and cutting some people out of my life. I’m not going to quit this time until I make it to 90 days
what's up guys !! 'm back now ^^ whoo whooo! Day 1 started actually almost my whole block was found +ve yesterday and it now under total isolation and quarantined ..but luckily(don't know how) our family is totally safe.. results came in today and we all are -ve..thnx to that god above..we r shifting ourselves from this location in a day or two tbh...can't risk our lives to live here anymore xD- have a nice day and be safe, be hydrated PEACE!
Day 3 went by so fast, I just woke up to day 4, but one day at a time. Planning on writing a journal.
Day 15 done! Boom! Got a bit of sunshine, some verbal conversation in with a friend, didn't eat too much garbage. I'm down to 1 caffeinated drink per day...but that one could be tough to kick. We'll see?
Agh - I don't want to say this but sometimes it can help to M - I don't wish this on anyone of course, but since I M'd i noticed some problems with my sperm. I had to give a sample today as well. Seeing a urologist tomorrow. Not sure how to count this, but I will just reset every time I have to and hopefully the situation is not too serious. so Day 0 Have a nice day guys!
