Day 20/90 phew! Had some close calls.

Hey Warriors,

Can I just say that I think it's better to win at a 3-day challenge, then at a 5-day challenge, then a week, then 2 weeks, etc etc, than it is to just fail over and over and over at a 90-day challenge. That's my opinion, but it is guided by a decent understanding of psychology. Earning victories over time and building on them is more effective than constant failure at a huge goal.

Day 64/90. We had an amazing day on the lake yesterday. It’s easier to stay strong when you are outside having fun.
