Hi friends! It's been a while. Last time I reached 27 days so here I am again.

I need to get my act together.

 

Day 83/90 Though my virility is inconsistent at best the insights are well worth the journey. I can't believe I got off on watching hot women having sex with other men. It just never occurred to me what a ghost of an existence we lead when we try to live vicariously through other people which is exactly what we are doing when we do PMO. What a complete destructive idiot I have been

I completed this challenge and the Spartan challenge back in 2019 and it changed my life. Recently I’ve been going through some hard times and Ive fallen back into old habits. I need a reset and I think this is the place to do it.
