Well, I'm back. My last streak was 34 days and then I relapsed hard, back to multiple PMO per day for over two months. Not good.

I'm back here trying again. I don't have a great plan but I know I need to keep trying so here I am. Day 1/90.

Once again I relapsed barely lasting a day! I will do everything I have to not to enter a vicious recovery-relapse cycle.
