If you're struggling to get a streak going what works for me in starting in the 1 day challenge and then building from there. Don't focus on the end target of 90 days, focus on today, then tomorrow, then 3 days, etc. Small steps add up. We need to be kind to ourselves.

Well, it has been tough 3 days. Been feeling like I want to relapse.
I am still here though. Day 24 completed.

Guys the last 48 hrs. have been tough. A single trigger I saw set off a flood of fantasizing, which resulted in me almost relapsing. Fuck, it was like I was ambushed by my own brain, caught off-guard. Anyway I barely reversed course in time and still maintaining my streak. 55/90.
