Day 3 done, after another relapse 3 days ago. After a few longer streaks over the last year I'm finding it hard to get the strong determination needed to start again, but I don't want to just give in to it either. I know if I keep trying one of these times will be the one that lasts.

Day 2!! Feeling really really proud to just make it past day 1. When I'm on a PMO binge it's usually at least twice per day, so going two days without feels great. Here's to many more!

Met up with some friends and chilled whole day, didn't had any urges or issues or whatsoever whole day and really felt a more positive vibe from myself and those around me!!
Hope to continue this streak!! One week PMO free is just around the corner, so I'll keep it up. And you should keep it up to!!
