I did cardio today. I'm getting better day by day.
Now I can run faster without losing my breath.

Day 5 relapsed. Day 0.
Day 71 11 days without a drink.
For me there is always going to be a dopamine addiction and the trick is to do activities that will give a dopamine rush but unlike porn and alcohol take me where I want to go.
Exercise, reading great works and inspirational quotes are just two substitute activities that come to mind.
Day 33 done!
