Day 1. I relapsed yesterday.

21/90 Three weeks down!
I relapsed im starting again from today 0 /90
Day 2 and it's getting more difficult, but I'm staying strong!
Day 0 checking in. I am free only during morning and night. In between I will be busy with work in office and will be around people. So I should plan to avoid relapse after I wake up and before going to bed.
