I relapsed im starting again from today 0 /90
Day 10, but about 7 hours from now it will be Day 11.
Everything is going smooth. No urges. The only thing I have is lower back pain which is very common because pmo hurt the kidneys so while recovering you can experience a lower back pain. I use a type of exercise for this but haven't been consistent enough. However, I have been exercising in other ways like following a certain pushup-training method, and also I've had cold showers. I'm so used to cold showers that I don't even react to the cold anymore, I just stand there for like 3+ minutes like it's nothing. But don't get me wrong. I love the cold, it's so refreshing!
And also remember this about kidneys and the lower back pain: Avoid sitting down for longer periods. I think for every 40 minutes you have to move/walk around for 10 minutes to compensate for that. Otherwise it's bad for the kidneys and for your sexual life-force energy. Sitting down too much will very often lead to a relapse. Sitting down or having fantasies causes a leakage of your sexual energy stored in the kidneys. It's not only the semen that contain this energy. It's the essence, it's more than what your eyes can see. You can avoid an ejaculation but there may still be a leakage of some of that essence if you fantasize or watch sexual images. You lose both the essence and the semen when you ejaculate. However there's a way to have intercourse without ejaculation which, if done right, is very healthy for the man, and there's no loss of that essence. Then there's no loss of energy but instead the man also receives energy from the woman. Very healing. I would only recommend that when you're in a relationship. Not on your own. That's not the same thing at all. It requires a woman, a real relationship with real love.
The kidneys are fundamentally connected to not only your sexual organs but also your mind. I can post instructions of the techniques that I believe are very important to do in order to recover faster, if anyone is interested. It's the Liver, Kidney, 1st Deer Exercise, and a certain type of stretching technique. All very simple and effective. The last mentioned stretching technique actually stops you from having wet dreams to avoid loss of your vital sexual life force. You do it everynight before bedtime. (But you have to be consistent - which I haven't been. But I will be).
If I remembered it correctly: The Liver gives energy to the Kidneys, The Kidneys gives energy to the liver and/or the sexual organs, and the 1st Deer exercise gives energy to the kidneys and the entire body I think, especially the kidneys and the mind. It balances out the energy. It's very good for the mind and it calms down your urges. It's a way to transmute that sexual energy into something good because in the end everything is energy and you need a good, natural flow of that energy.
The 2nd Deer Exercise is more or less exactly like the Kegel exercise. But I don't recommend it to most people.. I only recommend it to people that have weak muscles down there, people that can't stop the urine stream while peeing. You can over-do Kegel so be very careful.
I'm no expert at all but I've been reading about this from time to time for years. There's nothing dangerous about doing these exercises and they are very simple. Just follow the instructions.

I was in your situation before. You can do this. Just prioritize it above anything else in your life. Make NOFAP the most important thing for the next 90 days. Porn addiction is the source and the center of most of the problems. Why not just to focus on the main issue.
Stay strong. You can do this. Its not easy but its the best thing you can do for yourself!
Day 1. Ready to start this again. Tired of feeling like I can’t ever overcome porn in my life. I want to live healthy, I want to live a life where I don’t think about porn every day, where I fill my time with things that make me happy instead of throwing all my free time at a computer screen. It starts with these 90 days.

No he escrito estos últimos días porque no me ha pasado nada. De hecho ya no tengo impulsos, estoy muy feliz por eso, me faltan pocos días para cumplir un mes. Ahora me siento mejor, y puedo hacer mejor mis actividades diarias. Al principio es difícil, pero yo pude contenerme (y eso que no tengo buena fuerza moral ni mental) y seguir con mi meta. Estoy segura de que voy a poder salir de esto. Aunque me siento un poco estresada por algunas cosas de mi entorno. En fin, todos vamos a salir, FIGHTING!!
