Day 79 19 days without a drink
Two things come to mind when trying to combat PMO adiction.
1 a new way of life and
2 trigger management
Hi everyone! Just finished the 60 day challenge, ready for this next step. All the best to everyone here!
1/90 Recent failure but I am not about to quit.
Just want to compete for 90 days.
What a crappy day.. Anyway I've made it into 2 weeks with out MO. Unfortunately I've seen sexual images during this time but I won't restart just because of that. Let's call it Day 14 without MO, and Day 0 without P. I'm not turned on by P or sexual images it at all. I'm just tired of it. It's so fake and superficial.
I have no effing clue on how to change my life for the better but I will find a way.
Edit: I haven't had any sugars or any other food-stimulants (like choclate etc) for more than a month now! I eat almost no carbs, and I'm still alive.
Suffering from a lot of temptation, but pressing through.
81/90. Going to try to post every day here in the last 10 days. I have learned to never be over-confident, and to simply take things one day at a time. We must commit to every day of this challenge, be it day 1 or 81.
Day 0 went well.
Day 1/7 starting up.
2/90! Two days, doesn't sound much...Put it in another perspective, 50+ hours PMO free. Sounds pretty good!
Have seen quite a lot who relapsed in the last 24 hours. Shrug it off! That is the past, focus on the now and future and keep on fighting!!

FAIL at day 14
I had a really crappy day, stayed up too late and the rest is history. I didn't have any urges but did it once anyway.. Completely worthless.
Okay. Let's face it. It's Day 0 again.
It's not worth it man, just keep going.
