You can do it friend. Sometimes I find it easier to think of it as acceptance rather than fighting. Thoughts and feelings come and go, I can choose not to act on them. I try to accept the short term discomfort knowing that long term peace is ahead.
26/90 Feeling good.
Day 1 went well.
Day 2/7 checking in.
Doing great for these past days. However, tomorrow is my day off, and I usually tend to slip during these days.
I know that is my weakness, but I am aware of it, so hopefully tomorrow I can keep the streak going!

Just wanted to tell you what did change my life for the better, and helped me a lot to quit PMO:
Exercise and avoiding any artificial source of dopamine (watching useless stuff in YouTube, Facebook, Netflix, videogames, etc. Both points are really important...
(Also if you're a man of Faith):
The most important point: trust in God, accepting and offering any pain or suffering (including temptations).
Day 3/90. Exhausted but plugging along. Need to stay attentive to my body.
