Today was mostly exciting and energized.
Had a lot of energy, was working out, it gives me the feeling of beeing alive.

The worst thing today was, that I got a little frustrated, cause I didn't fit all my priorities and activities in the day.
I got close towards searching for stimulating media, gratefully I could control myself.

I'm super grateful that this guy smashed my last concern about NoFap.
I now belive that NoFap is good for my health and I should probably do it for a lifetime.

On day 18 today.
Last night I almost caved I drank to much and almost gave in.

 

Day 54. Had a nice day today. I bought my SO flowers. One that you plant in a garden. I figure I can take care of them and water them and show her some consistency. They were well received so I will put that in the win column.

Day 17 done.
20 days is fast approaching and 30 days already feels within reach. It does get easier. Returning to this site every day has helped remind me of the high stakes.
My user name feels less like a mission statement now and more like a fact.
