Day 13 for me
Day 9/90. Back at work and seeing some beautiful ladies as usual when doing temperature checks because of covid. Cant believe its been 18 days since doing NoFap (did the 10 day challenge before this challenge). This site has helped me for real and I don't know where i would be now if it wasn't for NoFap. Like always, keep the fight gents and ladies.
Day 1/90. Relapsed after six days. Realizing I need to do better with stress.
Another big milestone: 1/3 of the challenge completed!!
I feel really great! My energy level and productivity during the day has really improved a lot compared to the me of one month ago!! Can really appreciate the little things in life more. Also have more fun during my working days, making them go by so incredible fast.
Yes, there were times that I have thought about relapsing during these last 30 days; thinking that it might not be worth...However, now that I have done one month without PMO, I know everyday I go without PMO, no matter how strong the urges are, I will enjoy the following days more and more. If you are struggling with urges yourself, DO NOT give in. PMO is NOT WORTH IT.
Try to distract yourself, the urges will go away eventually, and you will feel proud of yourself that you did not do the deed, instead of feeling miserable after the deed. Because I know, and you know how you will feel after PMO...
