[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 6/90. Trying to achieve a balance of things. Change of mindset across the board has been pretty helpful too. Been pretty stressed and busy this weekend, but my coping mechanisms seem to be working.

Thanks. It addresses quite a few things... Wake time, hygiene, fitness, eating (I've battled an eating disorder for many years and have gotten very under weight), and money. It insures I have done at least something in all of these areas.

Feeling maybe slightly irritable right now, but I don't think that was a theme of the day. I'm quite tired after work, so bed soon. This girl I haven't spoke to in years snapchatted me asking for money in a kinda demanding seeming way, so that kinda annoyed me. She keeps sending me messages (along with my ex girlfriend) that I've just been ignoring all day. I'll open them soon. I'm definitely not sending her money. Does she think I'm some kind of ****? Probably has tons of them...

I've kept to all the things I wanted to do today, despite being at work all day so that is good.
