Hi, I'm back again. I haven't been successful with my 90 days challange but on the good side I've reduced my time on the internet for 2 months. My main problem since my longest streak up till today has been boredom, not caring much, and a lack of physical activity. My sleep has been quite "ok", but still not good enough. I think when I increase my physical activity things will fall into place. The sad part about fapping for men is that it ruins almost everything. It results in a negative domino effect. You guys have probably noticed how everything seems to fall apart in your life after fapping/relapse. It's like your whole universe gets out of balance. There is no flow. But with NF it's the opposite, like everything is starting to fall right into place. But as things are right now, everything in life has a bad timing. I'm fully aware of it though.
I will make sure to cover my most basic needs.
Basic needs like having enough sleep and eating enough (healthy) food is very important. I must have a clear mind to make bette decisions for myself. And as I've always said, NF and Working out goes hand in hand because I believe NF isn't fully possible without some kind of physical training.

Day 4 of 90 no alcohol
Relapsed with MO, this will be the most challenging part i believe, but in order to rewire my brain completely, i know i should cut that out too.

Like waking up early, this is my goal for tomorrow
Socializing, healthy diet, limit my screen time, read, get rests...

Day 8/90, one day until a month, a huge achievement for me because the last time I had a month streak was February. Push past your limits guys, learn from your mistakes.
Day 2 of 90
Yesterday wasn't very productive. Maintained NoFap though. Feeling good.
I can feel increased strength and stamina in my workouts.
Also, I think a girl at my gym was kind of eyeing me, but I'm not sure.
Following a proper diet, and working out regularly and properly helps maintain NoFap.
More strength and resolve to all of you there. Keep going. Let's do this.

Thank you, for the advice. I will sit down and consider all the patterns leading to fapping.. At this point even a week without pmo, no edging no peeping, no touching myself... would definitely be a win. Lol.
Good idea, i dont think I come here when having urges, maybe read success stories of gentlemen who have made it longer would help.
