Day 14, 15, 16 and 17/90. Been really busy lately thats why i'm barely posting. Keep going guys!!!

My brain started to try to trick me!
Always trying to convince me to fmo.
especially after a wet dream lol
There are those days that the temptention is so hard.
But I believe i will succeed to reach the 90 days goal!

Bad mood and stayed up a little too late, that lead to a bad impulse.

Day 0 of 90
For December my goal is to get back to working out 5 days a week even if they're light, to start listening to audio books daily to grow my brain, to make it back to a month with no PMO so I can know my no PMO journey is once again underway, to get a consistent meal plan going and to generally just get my daily structure back.
Basically I'm trying to prep to be back level by 2022 as I'd like that to be the best year of my life.
Day 7/90. Urges...urges. want to let loose with a woman right now. First thing comes to mind is sex everytime. Got lady friends but my main focus is on my work plain and simple.
