    @Puretim
    I understand what you are going through as someone who has multiple addictions. I suggest you try to find the root of all your addictions otherwise you could be in danger of making the same mistake I made, which was replacing one addiction with another.

    Day 8 struggling along as ever

    It's funny. My brain wants me to look at something relatively innocent, but this ‘innocent’ step is the step that leads me down an inevitable relapse. As long as I say no to this, I’ll be okay.

    Just a short visit. I just want to say that I've made it to day 22 and I have no urges. Just want to show you that it's possible. I've stayed away from stimulating foods but the most effective weapon has been me saying ENOUGH. Self-respect has been my solution. I will continue to stay away from the internet for as long as possible. Maybe having short visits like this a few times a month.

    Happy for you :)
    Keep doing the good work.

    Me too, I feel lonely and the dangerous thing is feeling pity for myself, which make me look for an escape which is porn.
    I advise you to delete Instagram, I have never used it, it is just another addiction.
    It is better you avoid all social media apps.

    Day 8,

    While being in the gym, I felt that I'm not good enough, in all aspects of life. I felt miserable, and sad because I still lack a lot of things.
    I had to remember myself, that I'm not perfect, and never will be, but at least I will keep working on myself to be a good person.
    Not only good, but I'll be the best version of myself. I'll quit porn and look back at these days, and feel proud of myself.
    Oh, I forget to mention that yesterday, I had a wet dream. My brain is resting itself back to normal settings :)
