I'm sorry but I really don't know what you are talking about! Beta? How is that Beta? I've already stated I'm addicted to a site that stands for everything I dislike.
Secondly if someone wants money off me I think I'm the one that should get to call the shots, within reason of course.

Short visit. I'm on day 30 and everything is going well. I feel that now everything is possible. I now have the perfect opportunity and the ability to go for 6 months and beyond. Haven't had a single "wet dream" which I'm grateful for because those are the worst . I don't care about P and my hobbies are much more interesting now.

I think there are some reasons for this
    1. There is a feeling in us especially when we work on self improvement or addiction recovery that there is something wrong and we need to do something to be better so we reflect that on people and start seeing their faults and advise them .
    2. Talking about change is so much easier than practical application because we have a conditioned mind that for months or years was spinning the same cycle where there is a chocolate at the end .
    3. To look into oneself and see our addictions , past traumas, tendencies, vulnerabilities and the simple fact that we all will die at any moment is so much frightening for us to handle and stay with without consuming a substance which makes us high and away and then so much down and hating that we are alive .
And this I noticed in myself in my experience so it may not be your case .. i hope you be free and happy my friend :emoji_eight_spoked_asterisk:.

All very good and valid points. I would also add that another possible reason that it is easier to guide others than it is ourselves, is the fact that it's easier to be more objective in regard to giving advice to others than guiding ourselves. No matter how emotionally involved with someone we may be we are never as emotionally involved with their problems as they are. We can get a break from it and see the bigger picture. That's probably why people seek counselling either from a professional or a good friend whose judgement they trust.

This is from another poster talking about why we need to fully reboot. That is how much of a sex addict I have become that it never even crossed my mind to give up porn for any other reason than enhancing long term sexual performance
Thank God for having access to posters who are far wiser and more articulate than me, to draw upon :)

Motives should be set with facts not feelings: (Correct Way)
    • We reboot to restore our health and mind.
    • We reboot to get more time in our hands so we can use it for improving ourselves.
    • We reboot so that the sexual energy we burn in PMO is used for things that truly matter in our lives.
    • We reboot to follow our religious believes.
    • And other motives.

Setting it with feelings can be like: (Not Correct Way)
    • Rebooting for getting attention of opposite/same sex.
    • Rebooting to get a better PMO session on a later date.
    • Rebooting in order to recover our sexual functions.
