[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

I relapsed today but it was only edging and porn i admit that i slip up and lost my two days streak. But I refuse to go any further and do a PMO. Because I will lead into more and more binges and I have start all over. So it's good I consider this a relapse and never do slip intentionally or by mistake.

Almost two weeks in, Great Job! Stay strong and eat better!

Today I bombed an exam and that kinda dragged me down. I couldn't imagine I'd get out of the vale of woe until I did after a few miles of jogging. I didn't leave the house with the intention of jogging, but it kinda happened to save time. My impatience and anti-capitalist sentiments forced me since I didn't want to wait or pay for the bus. Plus I had to get my bike brake lines replaced which was already putting the damage on my pocketbook. Been dwelling a bit on my no sex life, and drooling over nearly every woman on the streets. Maybe I'll be better suited not to sexualize the fairer sex when I've got a longer streak going. Gotta get on that Denzel Curry level (see below 54sec to 1min 4 sec). Getting closer to 4 weeks, HOLY SHIT!

 

8/90- I just finished reading a very small book called Quit Porn Easily by The Celibate Yogi ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/Quit-Porn-Easily-Forever-Without-Deprivation-ebook/dp/B08P3MCT4G ) and let me just say I think this could be the solution to my PMO problems once and for all time. I am going to re-read it to internalize the lessons but it just made me realize how my approach to ending porn addiction has been flawed. I am very hopeful now more than ever before in my journey.

I will not PMO today because I feel better when I don't.

Day 14. 2 weeks. Yeah! Been having strong urges again but I won't fail because I decided I'm happier with urges than with porn!

Day 24 of my 90 day challenge. Keep going everyone

 

Day 5 & 6 were really difficult for me. I had intense urges during the entire day, but I managed to stay away from PMO with a lot of effort.

Waking up to Day 7 feeling pretty chill. One week PMO free

 

Day 5: despite the fact that 5 days is already a personal achievement, I know it will be more difficult. Isolation is not a solution, but it is necessary to resist the temptations.

Mate, you can make it through. About brakes on bike: don't look at it as a hit for the pocket. Consider it a development of a new skill.
