Day 16!

 

Does social media really do you any good, Or is it another time wasting, brain deadening means of escap?

 

I just made 10 days about 15 minutes ago. I just finished reading about 4 days of posts. It's been the long since I checked in. I'll be more regular since I do better when I stay connected. No urges or temp.tations so far but still I have to be on guard. Last time I let my guard down I ended up entertaining lustful fantasies and went back to pmo for a day. Just for today be pmo free.

Well, I mostly use it to message friends. Even though I try to bring them all to Signal (which is super minimal and ad-free) but they're all on Insta (one of the worse trigger). But it's cool when you keep it to messaging. But halv of the time right after sending a text I end up scrolling mindlessly for a min or 2. There's a little of escapism going there for sure and when you add up the numbers that's a lot of time wasted. But I'm still working on it!

Brutal. What happened?

 

Another day. It's been easy lately but I need to keep my guard up. This is where I slipped last time. I started the day with a little prayer to stay free today plus some spiritual reading. I stayed in bed too long for my breathing but I'll do it later on. I'll add daily workouts too. Maintaining my spiritual and physical health is so important to success. I wish us today all success.

Started another day this morning at 6:30. Another day to be pmo free.

 

Day 18! I got extremely horny yesterday and was that close to call an old sex playmate…. I thought about my mission in life. This would only slow me down. Plus it would havé probably hurt hurt her and I would have end up being unsatisfied still longing for my dream girl. The dream girl can only come with a dream life which is in the making at the moment on the positive notes strong morning woods. I get aroused just by looking at faces. I want to say that I started to look at porn after I was 18. Which might explain these effects after 2 weeks. I ready a lot of stories about people starting porn at like 10-12… I can’t imagine the detrimental effects. Anyway. The road is still long.
